Frequently Asked Questions

All our wedding DJ packages include cocktails, dinner and the full reception, through to the last dance. They are not three-hour packages. We agree your coverage start and end times around your wedding timeline and confirm them in your quote and agreement.

Ceremony coverage is separate from dinner and reception coverage. Add it to a DJ-only package or Signature for an additional fee; Luxe includes ceremony coverage as a separate part of its package. We confirm the ceremony timing, location and sound setup in your quote.

We serve Toronto, the GTA, Innisfil, Barrie and Simcoe County. We also serve Bradford, Oakville and communities across York Region, Halton Region and the Greater Toronto Area. Travel within 35km of Vaughan is included; any travel fees beyond that are confirmed in your proposal. Ask us about other Ontario locations.

Professional DJ services and photo booth rentals · including the Social Booth, 360 Video Booth, the Roaming Photo Booth, the Keepsake Keychain experience and the LED Inflatable Enclosure · for weddings, corporate events, schools, galas and private parties.

Private-event DJ packages start at $899 for three hours. Wedding DJ packages start at $1,999 and include cocktails, dinner and the full reception with agreed start and end times. Photo booth packages start at $699, with their own operating times. Your quote confirms each service and any add-ons. You'll receive a custom quote within 24 hours.

Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during wedding and holiday season. We recommend reaching out as early as possible · but we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.

Yes. JJ Rock Entertainment Group carries full liability insurance, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue on request.

Yes. Payment plans are available for private events; weddings can be arranged in up to three instalments. Your proposal and invoice confirm the schedule. For weddings, a 25% booking payment and signed agreement reserve your date. An inquiry or quote alone does not reserve it.

Yes. We offer secure Tap to Pay for debit and credit card payments directly on-site. This can be used for approved additional hours, event add-ons or other payments arranged with our team. E-transfer and our regular online payment options are also available. Standard booking deposits and scheduled balances remain due according to the payment terms in your agreement.

If our schedule allows, absolutely. Additional time can be approved with our team during your event and paid securely on-site using Tap to Pay. We recommend asking as early as possible, as extensions are subject to availability.
