Are Prints Included With a Photo Booth Rental?
Not always. Digital sharing and an online gallery are included with the Social Digital Booth, while prints are an optional upgrade. For eligible private Social Booth, Curve and Roaming Photo Booth bookings, a print upgrade starts at $199 and can use 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints.
Corporate events, brand activations, school events, holiday events and other large-volume print requirements are quoted according to the event. The 360 Video Booth creates videos, so a standard still-photo print upgrade does not apply.
Before you compare quotes, ask each company to confirm the print format, expected quantity, any limits, staffing and whether the print upgrade is included in the number you were given.

What Changes the Final Price?
The type of experience
A stationary digital booth, a 360 video booth, a camera-based roaming experience and an on-site keepsake station do different jobs. Choose based on how guests will use it, not only on which option has the lowest starting price.
Service time and guest count
The Social Digital Booth and 360 Video Booth base packages each include three hours. Larger guest counts, longer events and high-volume keepsakes may require more time, another activation point or additional staffing.
Customization and physical keepsakes
Custom overlays and event design are part of the core digital experience. Prints, custom backdrops, advanced branding, AI transformations, keychains and other enhancements can change the scope and price.
Venue and travel
Travel within 35 km of Vaughan is included. If your venue is outside that radius, any travel fee is confirmed in your quote before you book.
Can You Book a DJ and Photo Booth Together?
Yes. The DJ + Photo Booth Bundle starts at $1,599 for three hours, and the DJ + 360 Bundle starts at $1,799 for three hours. The preferred bundle price is already built in.
Both bundles can be reserved online for three to six hours. An additional hour is $200 and extends both services together. A 25% deposit reserves the booking. If the DJ and booth need different operating times, request a custom proposal. Optional prints and other enhancements are priced separately.
