    All our wedding DJ packages include cocktails, dinner and the full reception, through to the last dance. They are not three-hour packages. We agree your coverage start and end times around your wedding timeline and confirm them in your quote and agreement.

    Our dedicated team works with you to personalize the celebration. Every wedding DJ package includes up to three consultation sessions with the couple, playlist planning, MC and hosting support, and coordination with your venue and wedding timeline. We plan cocktails, dinner music, announcements and the dance floor around your people, then confirm the sound and lighting for your selected package.

    Ceremony coverage is separate from dinner and reception coverage. Add it to a DJ-only package or Signature for an additional fee; Luxe includes ceremony coverage as a separate part of its package. We confirm the ceremony timing, location and sound setup in your quote.

    Same Venue Ceremony Coverage

    Starting at $350

    For a straightforward ceremony at the same venue with standard requirements. May include ceremony music, microphone support and basic ceremony sound coverage.

    A separate ceremony room, outdoor ceremony, earlier setup, additional sound system, separate location or additional technician may require a custom quote.

    Dedicated Ceremony Sound System

    Starting at $800

    For a separate or more complex ceremony setup that needs a dedicated sound system. This is distinct from straightforward same-venue ceremony coverage.

    We recommend the appropriate ceremony configuration in your quote, rather than automatically adding both ceremony options.

    Standard Dance Floor Lighting

    Included in the $2,500 Complete DJ Experience

    Lighting focused on the dance floor while guests dance. Also included in Signature and Luxe.

    This is not decorative lighting around the room.

    Decorative Uplighting

    Starting at $600

    Lighting placed around the room to add colour and ambience to walls and architectural features, separate from the dance floor lighting.

    Premium decorative lighting or uplighting is included in Luxe; the lighting plan is confirmed in your quote.

      Send your date, venue and the services you’re considering. We’ll check availability and prepare a proposal around your plans. An inquiry does not reserve your date.

      Make it official.

      Review your proposal and inclusions. A 25% booking payment and signed agreement are required to reserve your date. Your invoice shows your payment schedule and available payment options.

    3. 03

      Plan through your portal.

      Use your client portal, powered by CheckCherry, to access invoices, contracts, payments, messages and planning questionnaires. For photo booth bookings, you can also review the templates and backdrop choices available for your package.

    Already working with us? Sign in to your client portal to review your details and complete any outstanding planning steps. If you need access, just ask us.

    Planning around a wedding budget? We know the venue, attire, florals, catering and photography add up. We bring more than 20 years of DJ experience and detailed preparation to your celebration, and we want the investment to feel manageable. Ask us about spreading payments over up to three instalments; your proposal will confirm the schedule.

    Yes. Weddings can get expensive once you add the venue, attire, flowers, food and photography. Ask us about a payment plan of up to three instalments. Your proposal and invoice will show the agreed schedule; your date is reserved only after the booking payment and signed agreement.

    Premier starts at $1,999 using the venue’s approved professional sound system. Premier with Sound starts at $2,250 and adds our reception sound and a wireless microphone. Complete DJ starts at $2,500 and adds standard dance floor lighting. Decorative uplighting and ceremony coverage are separate options.

    Yes. Signature starts at $3,200 and Luxe starts at $4,500. Both include a professionally staffed photo booth with unlimited prints during booked booth hours, wedding props, custom photo design, instant access to your customized online gallery and a complimentary wedding guestbook. Neither requires a separate print upgrade.
